Cucumber for your thoughts

How about a bowl of cucumbers or applying cucumber juice to your hair? Well, why not try it. Take care of both your hair and skin simply because eating cucumbers benefits both our hair and skin.

Cucumber juice provides silicon, sodium, calcium, sulphur, etc., all of which are nutrients that are needed for hair growth and hair strengthening. Cucumber juice can assure healthy and shiny locks. “The vitamin A, C, and silica content of cucumber juice repairs and adds strength to your thinning tresses. It is generally combined with eggs and aloe vera to prepare an effective hair pack. Cucumber is also great for your nails. Overall I just think it's a tasty treat. Drinking cucumber water twice a day to supplement 2 glasses of water may be ideal for someone who doesn't like drinking water. I often take cucumbers and pineapples in the morning and make a drink. Add 1 oz. of ginger, chopped pineapples and chopped cucumbers and mix. It's supposed to help with weight loss. I loss 6lbs. Unfortunately I am allergic to ginger so I had to cut the ginger out.
