Today we are going to discuss what foods with Alkaline help with hair growth. Some of you may or may not know but it is perfectly fine for I had no idea at one point. You will find some of these foods in my products. If you are allergic to any, make sure you check the ingredients before making any purchase.
The first food we will discuss is Walnut
Walnuts- Walnuts contain biotin, vitamin B, E and a lot of magnesium. Eating walnuts also help to repair the hair from exposure of the sun. The antioxidants and fatty acids present in walnuts helps in stimulating dormant hair follicles, preventing and restoring damage, while fortifying your follicles to deliver healthier, stronger and fuller hair growth. I personally don't care for walnut unless it's on a Bahamian Rum Cake!
Next food we will discuss is Irish Moss

Sea moss is considered to be one of the healthiest seaweeds and can provide a range of health benefits due to the number of vitamins and minerals it contains. Turnip greens can help maintain healthy skin and hair, because of their high vitamin A content. Vitamin A is also necessary for the growth of all bodily tissues, including skin and hair. It also plays a role in sebum production, and sebum keeps the hair moisturized. Yum! Side note- turnip greens also boosts immunity: antioxidants in turnip greens help eliminate free radicals and protect the cells from oxidative damage, improving the health of immune cells. Dietary fiber in turnip greens can also reduce inflammation and lower the risk of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and obesity. I am all for it! Although eating my cucumbers doesn't always agree with me, but a little salt, pepper and some vinegar is always a great snack for me any day. Especially when I am craving for salty snacks. Cucumbers are packed with various nutrients that are good for hair health and encouraging healthy hair growth. These include pantothenic acid, vitamin K, magnesium, manganese, potassium, vitamin A, silica, sulphur, niacin and zinc. I mix my turnip greens with mustard and collard greens.
