Taking care of your Skin during Covid

If you've been sick with Covid you're already of the body aches and sorts that comes along with having Covid. But, did you realize how much your skin itched? If not, don't scratch. Reach for some essential oils such as eucalyptus, vitamin e, shea butter, tea tree, and/or some rosemary and rub in the affected area. Tea tree would work better because it stops itching. If you've already went to town like I did, you will have dark spots as scarring. You can first apply Olive oil for the first few days to soften the skin. Here are the following oils you can use to take care of your skin


  1. Tea Tree is the best oil to use because it stops the itching, prevents the skin from turning dark, and works by healing the skin fast.

  2. Rose Hip helps areas of our skin which is dull and discolored such as our lips, neck, breasts and from scars including acne.

  3. Frankincense helps fades and heals heavy areas of the skin
