Himalayan salt water is also good for the skin if used sparingly. However, be mindful that salt causes dryness. If you're interested in trying this spray for the benefits of Himalayan, I suggest adding some sort of moisturizer to your hair at least once or twice a week to prevent from drying out your hair.

Additionally, oils are for external use only. A skin patch test is recommended prior to using any new essential oil.
Risk Of Essential Oils
Should test a small amount on a patch of skin 24 hours before using the oil on larger areas. If any irritation occurs after 24 hours, they may be allergic to the oil and should not use it.
If no irritation occurs, a person can apply the essential oil mixture directly to affected areas of the skin once or twice daily.
